What is this meditation thing?

It's for when your brain won’t shut up and your self-talk is rude

Come exactly as you are.

Dramatic inner monologue and all.

We’re gonna breathe, sit, and start gently rewiring the parts of you that are still running on outdated emotional software.

Why bother?


Because your inner critic is way too comfortable in there.

Because your nervous system is still beefing with 2013.

Because you keep replaying the same stories like they’re facts (they aren't).

Because self-sabotage is starting to feel like a full-time job.

Because you can feel there’s another version of you trying to come online, but it needs some damn airtime.

This isn’t just “clear your mind” and hope for the best.

This is subconscious spring cleaning, one breath at a time.

We start with gentle breathwork to get out of survival mode

Drop into ~10 minutes of guided meditation where you’ll:

Identify one limiting belief or story you’re tired of living in

Loosen its grip on your body and nervous system

Begin imagining a version of you who no longer believes that sh*t

Then we end with a little yap sesh.  

Reflect, vent, or just vibe quietly. 

No pressure to share. Just space to be.

Whole thing takes 30 minutes.

And every week we chip away at the old programming. Gently. Like nervous system exfoliation.

What actually happens:
